Appointment Confirmations
Here are the steps you need to follow for a great experience:
When you’ve booked your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation text or email.
72 hours before your appointment date, you’ll receive a text or email asking you to reconfirm your appointment. If for any reason, your chosen appointment date and time does not work for you, you can either contact me to reschedule, or you can book another appointment online. (P.S. Read the Rescheduling Notice).
24 hours before your appointment date, you’ll receive a reminder text or email. However, if, for any reason, your chosen appointment does not work for you anymore, read the Rescheduling Policy carefully, as penalty charges do apply in case of fewer than 24 hours of cancellation notice.
Emergency and Sickness Policy
Please note:
You will be turned away if you show up sick on the day of your appointment.
I reserve the right to waive penalty charges in the case of extreme emergencies.
Rescheduling Policy
I require 24 hours advance notice for any appointment you want to reschedule.
Should you give less than 24 hours advance notice, a 50% penalty is applied to the service you would have received on that day. That penalty charge must be paid before you are able to reschedule your next appointment.
Email, text, or call me to determine how much the penalty charge is (as each service is priced differently). Upon receiving payment, I will reschedule your appointment with you.
No Show Appointment Policy
Shit happens. I get it. However… There is a 100% penalty applied to the service you would have received on that day. That penalty charge must be paid before you are able to reschedule your next appointment.
Email, text, or call me to determine how much the penalty charge is (as each service is priced differently). Upon receiving payment, I will decide whether your appointment can be rescheduled.
Refund and Adjustments Policy
At Texture This!, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality salon services to our clients. We are confident in our ability to deliver exceptional outcomes, which is why we do not offer refunds on our services. However, we understand that on rare occasions, some clients may require some adjustments. It is for this reason that we provide two free adjustments for any unsatisfactory results. Our top priority is your satisfaction, and we take great care to ensure that all our clients are thrilled with the services we provide. If you have any concerns about our services, please do not hesitate to reach out to us, and we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are happy with our work.
